1 Hour Package
Our "Mini" Party Package is the perfect party for smaller groups wanting to celebrate! You can book this event on select Saturdays and also during the week. Package includes up to 6 children for hand-led rides around our mountain view arena (additional riders are just $10 each). You'll have the entire stable reserved for 1 hour to enjoy all the farm activities. Kids will enjoy a hand led ride in our arena, brushing and learning about horse care, visiting our friendly hens and snuggling our bunny in her pen. There are chairs spread out around the property to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and lots of green space to run and enjoy. Read on below for more additional fun activities to add on to your mini party!
2 Hour Package
Book your little ones next birthday at Sassy Stables for a party they'll never forget! Our party package includes up to 10 children for hand led rides around our beautiful mountain view arena, and loads of horsing around fun! You'll have the entire stable reserved for two private hours to host your party, and can bring whatever decorations or food that you wish. Included are two 6 ft long party tables, one large trash bin, and two large picnic tables for the children to sit. There are a few chairs spread out around the farm for guests, but you're welcome to bring additional folding tables/chairs. Don't forget a piñata, we are happy to hang it for you! The kids will love petting and brushing the horses, as well as enjoying the chickens and our bunny pen! There's plenty of parking and green space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. If there are more than 10 children riding, additional rides are just $10 each. Read on below for more additional fun activities to add on to your party!
30 Minute Package
A magical experience for your child to celebrate any special occasion! Come out to the farm and surprise your little one with their very own unicorn! Our white pony "Lady Bug" will be dressed in her unicorn horn and flower necklace, waiting for your little one to add their finishing touches! We have lots of cute flower and butterfly clips, and even our special sparkle 'magic dust' for your child to help bring their unicorn to life! Your child will enjoy going for a magical ride, and afterward will get to feed lots of carrots and treats. Your child can brush, lead around, and love on their unicorn as much as they'd like. Photos are unlimited for this 30 minute experience! This experience is for one child at a time. One additional child may be added for $25. At this time, this experience is only available on-site at the farm only. We do not travel.
Party Add On's

Interested in just a Bounce House Party? Book a fun 1 hour mini bounce party on the farm! Includes up to 10 kids for horse brushing, bunny petting, animal feeding, and lots of bouncing for just $175!

What better way to surprise your little one than with a magical unicorn at their party! This party add on includes a magical unicorn horn, flowers in the mane and tail, and a large floral wreath around the neck. Perfect for our little white pony, but also can be added to any horse of your choosing. This can be added to the horse the children are riding, or we can simply dress one up in the barn for everyone to see and take photos.

What a super fun party activity! Get hands on with arts and crafts on the farm, and offer party guests the chance to finger paint one of our horses! After the kids are done decorating, they will be able to get the horse clean again by giving them a bubble bath! Please note, advance notice must be given for this add on. (This activity is weather permitting and temperatures must be at least mid 60's so the water is warm enough!)

Our horses, chickens and bunnies LOVE to eat! However for the safety of our animals, outside animal treats/veggies are not permitted. We will happily supply just the right amount of crunchy snacks for our animals and your party guests to feed them. They will be displayed in our adorable "Horse Treats" carrying tray and are the perfect size for little hands. Please note, advance notice must be given for this add on.
How do I secure my date/time?
Fill in the form above to request your date! Once you hear back from us, you can send a deposit of half the package amount (50%) to secure your date/time. We take any form of electronic payment (Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, etc), or you are welcome to swing by the farm to pay in person (cash or check). We can not take credit cards.
How does my deposit work?
You will put down 50% of the package price to hold your date/time. Once the deposit has been paid, the other 50% is due the day of the party, plus any additional rider costs. Cancellations with a full refund are accepted only if cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance. In the event of inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule to another available date, or use your deposit towards riding lessons or other farm activities.
How many kids can ride?
Our 2 hour package includes up to 10 children for rides, and our 1 hour package includes up to 6. Any additional riders are $10 each. Each child will get one ride being led around our mountain view arena, but the birthday child can have 2 rides if they wish. (We keep it to one ride to keep it fair for everyone, and so other activities can be enjoyed in your time slot.) Each ride is custom to the rider and we take our time leading them around and over objects, posing for pictures, and lots of petting and encouragement.
What does a typical party schedule look like?
Once all guests arrive, we start out with the birthday child getting their first ride. We then take each child for their ride, while the other guests enjoy brushing the horses, games, petting the bunnies, snacking, etc. After rides are done, we move on to cake and presents. Then afterward there is time for a pinata and games, or simply enjoying the animals and mingling.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes! We have a brand new porta potty in a covered area that we keep very clean and maintained for guests.
What happens if it rains?
We do not schedule any other party for your day, so we can be flexible on the time if we need to move it around due to rain. We can also reschedule to another day, or you are welcome to cancel 24 hours in advance for a refund.
What do I bring?
We supply two large 6 ft tables, so you will want to bring covers for those, along with any decorations you would like! You'll want to bring any food or drinks you'll be serving, along with cake or cupcakes. We do not have a fridge, so you'll want to bring a cooler with ice for anything you want cold. You're also welcome to bring additional tables, canopy covers, folding chairs, etc.
Can I come early?
You'll be allowed to come 30 minutes before your party start time to set up and decorate. Our team will also be in the barn at that time getting the horses ready and will be happy to help you! Parking will be on the gravel drive right next to the barn.
What about clean up/trash?
You'll be provided with one large trash bin and bags for your party. You will be responsible for clean up/break down and picking up any leftover trash or debris. Trash can be left bagged at the farm and we will dispose of it for you!
Do you host parties year round?
Yes! We have parties all year as long as the weather permits. In the summer, we usually stick to morning parties to avoid the heat. In the colder months, we usually do late afternoon parties when it's warmer. We also have a firepit, so you are welcome to bring a bundle of wood and keep warm!
